"Presale code worked fine for me"
I got my presale code right when they said I would, and it worked on the first try. I did message support just to double-check, and they basically said, "You should receive it before the sale starts, just keep an eye on your email," which ended up being accurate. The site was a little slow once I got in, but overall it was smooth

"I had to cancel at the last minute..."
I had to cancel at the last minute because my plans changed, i was bracing myself for a whole hassle. But the refund details were really easy to find, and submitting the request was surprisingly straightforward.
The money showed up a few days later, which felt totally fair. The timing wasn’t ideal, of course, but the whole process was so much smoother than I expected. I was genuinely happy with how it all went!

"Accessibility help was actually... easy!!"
I had a really good experience with the accessibility help at a Live Nation show!! I reached out before I went, and they got back to me quickly with info about accessible seating, entry, all of that stuff... which made planning so much easier. The staff at the venue were really kind too, and nobody made it feel awkward or like I was being a bother!! It seriously made the whole night way less stressful for me.

"Parking Was Surprisingly Easy"
Parking at the show was way easier than I expected. I found a spot really fast, didn’t have to circle around forever, didn’t deal with any weird traffic jams, didn’t have to squeeze into some tiny space, and didn’t end up walking a mile from the car. It was just simple, quick, and totally stress-free.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I got in quicker than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. The lines moved along fine and the signs were clear enough to figure out where to go. Getting out of the parking lot took a bit longer than I’d hoped, but if everyone stays patient and lets people merge like decent human beings, it’s not too bad

"Super easy, and I only blame myself for waiting"
I bought my tickets on livenation.com it was way smoother than I expected. I found the seats I wanted quickly, checkout didn’t give me any headaches, and the tickets showed up in my account right away. The fees still sting a little, but I can’t really act surprised since they were shown before I paid. If anything, I blame myself for waiting so long to grab the tickets. No issues at all, I’d use it again.

"VIP package was easy and worth it"
I got the VIP package for the show and everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick, the staff seemed organized, and all the extras that were supposed to be included were actually there. You never really know with these kinds of upgrades, but this one made sense and felt worth it. it went better than I expected

"Easy enough getting in"
I had my tickets on my phone, and getting inside was smooth overall. The app did take a minute to load while I was standing outside the venue, which always makes me a little nervous for no real reason, but it worked fine in the end. Not a big deal, honestly

I’ve used livenation.com a handful of times now, it’s been painless. Every time I go in thinking, “Okay, this show is probably sold out,” I somehow still manage to find tickets. The seat options are easy enough to understand, so I’m not sitting there confused trying to figure out what’s actually available. Last time, I was able to grab 2 tickets without spiraling into ticket-buying stress, which is always a win. Prices were about what I expected too, so no surprises there. Overall, no real complaints from me, and I’d definitely use it again.

I got the emails and updates when I needed them, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to waste time figuring things out last minute. The time, gate info, and ticket details were all correct, so we could just show up and get where we needed to go. Easy overall

"Honestly Better Than I Expected"
I had a really good time at the show. I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by some hidden issue with tickets or entry, but everything went smoothly. The line moved fast, the seats were easy to find, and the sound was actually way better than I expected. Staff were laid-back and helpful too. No real complaints from me, I’d use Live Nation again...

well... the concert time ended up changing, and Live Nation emailed me quickly about it. The info was clear enough, so I didn’t have to go digging around to figure out what was going on. Helpful overall, no issues.

"Seat map was accurate"
I picked our seats using the map, and they were pretty much exactly where it showed, maybe within a few feet of what I expected. No weird surprises when we got there, which was nice. Overall, I’d say it worked out great and I was happy with it.

“Live Nation is just GReedy. Disorganized. Didn't have a clue what to do with ADA/Disabled people like me. They just don't care. Sad. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN”
